Timeline: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days for expedited shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday to prevent transit delays over weekends.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for domestic delivery.

Temperature Control: To preserve chemical stability, peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs when necessary. We highly recommend selecting expedited shipping during summer months.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive biochemical nature of peptides and strict quality control standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or altered products. Once a vial leaves our climate-controlled facility, we cannot guarantee its purity for resale.

Damage or Shipping Errors

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, we will fix it immediately.

• Reporting Window: You must report damages or discrepancies within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation timestamp.

• Required Documentation: Please email our support team at info@floridapeptides.us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect items.

• Resolution: Approved claims will receive a complimentary replacement shipment or a full refund to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed by our warehouse. Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, please contact us within 2 hours of placement if you need to cancel or modify your order.
