Timeline: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days for expedited shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday to prevent transit delays over weekends.
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for domestic delivery.
Temperature Control: To preserve chemical stability, peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs when necessary. We highly recommend selecting expedited shipping during summer months.
We accept item returns within 30 days from the original delivery date.
Due to the perishable and laboratory/research nature of peptides, and for health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:
The product must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The protective tamper-evident seal must be fully intact and unbroken.
To start a return, you must contact our support team at info@floridapeptides.us.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the seal and packaging.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
Timeline: A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, we will fix it immediately.
Reporting Window: You must report damages or discrepancies within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation timestamp.
Required Documentation: Please email our support team at info@floridapeptides.us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect items.
Resolution: Approved claims will receive a complimentary replacement shipment or a full refund to the original payment method.
